Eerst een bemande baan eromheen, dan een bemande maanlanding en daarna een permanente vestiging. Het eerste vliegtuig vloog in 1903, de eerste maanlanding was in 1969, in 1971 en 1972 reden WE met autootjes over de maan - drie keer, in totaal zo'n 90 kilometer - en het is simpelweg onacceptabel dat het überhaupt zo lang geduurd heeft allemaal.
