Het is weer iets minder stil aan het Oostfront

We citeren de Wit-Russische president Russische ambassadeur Boris Gryzlov, die gisteravond definitief aankondigde dat Rusland tactische nucleaire wapens langs de Wit-Russisch-Poolse grens gaat plaatsen. "They will be moved to the western borders of our Union State and will increase our security capabilities. This will be done despite the noise in Europe and the United States. (...) They are finally paying attention to the fact that there should be a certain parity. If we are talking about the deployment of American nuclear weapons in European countries, such as Italy, Belgium,the Netherlands, Germany, and Turkey, we must take measures that will increase the security of our Union State." 

De aankondiging luidt dat de nucleaire wapensystemen - de exacte soort is ons nog niet duidelijk - vanaf 1 juli vanaf de Poolse grens op Den Haag gericht staan. Die deadline gelooft overigens niemand, maar het klinkt wel stoer.
